Xfactor have exclusive use of the top and middle floor of Retro Lounge for the entire event. This venue offers luxurious decor, soft lighting and comfy seating creating a truly relaxed,fun and intimate atmosphere and sets the perfect backdrop for a fantastic party atmosphere.

The evening will start with introductions to our ice breaker games. Bring your dancing shoes and come and dance the night away to our DJ’s funky beats or simply lounge on the sofas, whilst meeting and discovering new people in a vibrant and fun filled atmosphere.

Our hosts and Icebreakers will be on hand during the event to welcome you and introduce you to other guests in a perfect mood-setting venue.
